We are not perfect. We understand that at times we will fall short, offend, and behave hypocritically. We know that we will not always be right and that we will let people down. But we know that we must keep going, even through our mistakes and failures, in order to succeed at becoming more and more like Jesus. We are not content to remain where we are. Instead, we press on toward mature in our faith, growing more responsible with our callings and our discipleship of others.

Practically speaking, communion is offered at the Anchor to all believers regardless of their denominational affiliation or lack thereof. Baptism is offered, as often as we are able to facilitate it, to anyone who desires to make a public profession of their commitment to following Jesus. Seekers, questioners, cynics, and non-believers are welcome to hang out with us, get to know us, and learn more about what we believe.

As for membership, our process is simple: come to services, join a home group, make relationships, and give of your time as well as your tithes and offerings. Anytime you have questions or want to know more about our doctrine, please feel free to contact a member of our staff.
